Edwina is passionate about helping companies and their people thrive in a happy, healthy work culture. Eddy has recovered from chronic fatigue syndrome to recover and compete in the Australian World Junior Athletics Squad, has recovered from mental and emotional breakdowns resulting in her Kundalini awakening and has experienced workplace bullying and toxic environments which inspired her to create training and education around improving workplace culture and employee health both mentally and physically.

Eddy has worked in the health and wellness space since she started her original Fitwomen centre in 1995. She then expanded to introduce Fitmum program, Fitmen centre, Adventurewomen and Adventurewomen programs and FitExecutives. Her programs have always focused on training the body and mind with her qualifications in Social Science, Negotiation, Fitness, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and her certification in EQ testing and training plus her spiritual awakening, all programs aim to connect staff with one another and their own mind, body and soul.

Experience in corporate environments in national operations roles with large companies have given Eddy personal experience of the pressure in corporate environments and the need to have a supportive, healthy and happy culture in an organization. Eddy has won several business awards and previously won NSW Fitness Professional of the Year in the Australian Fitness Industry Awards. She continues to be a member of the Fitness Australia Council and the Energy Evolution team members are carefully selected as the top of their filed in the space of health and wellness.

Eddy is passionate about improving workplace wellness with programs to promote physical and mental health in the workplace and improve staff performance and engagement.
