Mediation is a structured negotiation process to resolve disputes and assist both parties to identify and assess options reach agreement. All our mediators are nationally accredited mediators and follow clear processes to enable a smooth process for resolving workplace disputes.
We offer multiple styles of in-office meditation which includes breath, body awareness, mantra, sound healing, stretching and/or mindfulness based practices to reduce stress and improve focus in your workplace. Our qualified meditation facilitators offer both 30 minute and 60 minute meditation sessions.
